99laju Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 99laju platform. By registering or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 99laju platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 99laju platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and 99laju. Only individuals aged 18 and above who meet the applicable local eligibility requirements are permitted to register and use this platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access all features on the 99laju platform, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
  • Any activity that occurs on your account is considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.
  • Logging in from a new device requires verification via your registered phone number as an additional security measure.
  • Never share your password or OTP with anyone — 99laju will never request this information through any communication channel.

3. User Responsibilities and Rules

As a 99laju platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform is intended for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or manipulation of the platform's systems.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Exploiting any technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems — any technical issues must be reported to the 99laju support team immediately.
  • Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content to other users through the platform.
  • Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.

99laju reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension and withholding of balances, if any breach of these terms is established.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 99laju platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit come from a legitimate source and are deposited in your own name.

Accepted Deposit Methods

99laju supports a range of deposit methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and standard bank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method. 99laju reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in line with legal compliance requirements.

Unauthorised Transactions

Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, theft, or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. 99laju is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unauthorised payment methods.

  • Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account.
  • Any discrepancies in transaction amounts must be reported to customer support within 48 hours.
  • 99laju reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in accordance with the platform's current policies.

5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Liability

99laju provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet your specific expectations. To the extent permitted by law, 99laju is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 99laju platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 99laju or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Account Suspension and Closure

99laju reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, illegal activity, or unauthorised use of account.
  • Creating multiple accounts or providing false personal information.
  • Account balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.

Third-Party Links

The 99laju platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services, such as payment providers. 99laju is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third parties.

6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend

99laju reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the terms.

Your continued use of the 99laju platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels between you and 99laju.
